Asha San Diego is back with Team Asha-2024 after an extremely successful Team Asha-2023.

Whether you are an aspiring runner waiting in the wings or a seasoned half-marathoner, join Team Asha SD and find like minded peers to train with and motivate you for a healthier you! Train with us for long distance runs (distance of your choice, be it 5k, 12k, 10 Miler or half-marathons) under the guidance of an experienced coach and a training itinerary planned out by experienced runners. This summer we are targeting the Silver Strand races (Nov 10). All this while we also fundraise for the projects we support- we run so a child can read!
